Why is Napster so successful?
Is it Peer-to-Peer?
Won't it fall over by the "Tragedy of the Commons"?
Worry over growth overwhelming benefit
Xerox PARC study implies too much selfish use is bad
But we don't always see the curves you'd expect with growth
Driven by blind attraction to P2P because of Napster
Need to have a framework for analysis
